Keep in mind, this update is only for Visual Studio 2013 and its updates.
The nice features about these updates are:
- released as out-of-band, this means not always have to wait for the update of Visual Studio 2013
- bug fixes
- standalone F# compiler is now available for machine without Visual Studio installed
